Expo-Ac Is Applied For Processing Of cellulose / synthetic Fabric And Garments. It Works Like An Enzyme Co-ordinator, Which Results In Fabric Quality Improvement Such As Increasing Gloss, Smoothness, Softness And Color Brightness. It Works On Denim, Tencel, Flax, Bast, Jute, Cotton, Polyester Blended Cotton, Polyester Viscous And All Blend With Cotton Fibers.

•    pH4 Highlights:

•    Stability at high temperature (up to 200°C) and pressure.

•    Compatibility with biopolishing enzyme.

•    Caustic soda, soda ash and acetic acid can be eliminated completely.

•    Wetting agent, leveling agent, soap, softner and optical brightener can be reduced by 25% to 40%.

•    Whiteness and brightness can be maximizing by introducing Expo-Ac in peroxide bath.

•    Gives maximum dye absorption and maximum brightness. Applications:

•    Desizing with scouring.

•    Enzyme wash, caustic wash, stone wash, react stone wash, hard wash.

•    Fading and peroxide(booster) bleaching.

•    Ready for dyeing of cotton, polyester and blend fabric.

•    One bath scouring and dyeing of polyester fiber and fabric Recipe:

•    0.5% to 1.0% of the liquor quantity

•    No addition of acetic acid (to adjust pH)

•    Temperature 80°C To 90 °C.

•    In One Bath Dyeing Temperature Is To Be Raised To 130°C (Polyester).

•    Duration will be 30 minutes (polyester) to 90 minutes (denim/cotton).

•    Soaping with non-ionic soap following hot and cold wash.

•    Softener and dry. Terms:
