ANUCHEM-DS
(THE MILD DESCALENT WITH STRONG ACTION)
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ANUCHEM - DS is a strong descalent containing dispersants with acidic ester, corrosion inhibitor & synergist, it dissolves water scale deposits & noves algae, slime and Microbial Fouling in cooling systems, which include ndensers, pipelines & heat exchangers. It does not contain corrosive acids e Hydrochloric, Sulphuric or Sulphamic acid.

GENERAL DOSES
Generally, 3 to 5 kg of ANUCHEM-DS is to be added to each 100 Its. Of
circulating water. (Upto hardness 40 ppm, 75 ppm)
Exact doses can be reeommended on the basis of water analysis.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Close bleed off.
Add, required quantity of ANUCHEM-DS.
Continue circulation as in normal operation for 24 to 36 hours.
Drain system, clean sump & screen, refill with fresh water & resume
operation, Alternatively, just increase bleed off.
If needed dose additional ANUCHEM-DS.
For highly alkaline water, adjust pH to 7 before commencement of
MUCHEM-DS treatment (pH can be adjusted by adding ANUCHEM-DS
adually)
