HS-90

[ECO-SILICON FINISHING AGENT]

HS 90 is a organic silicone finishing agent which has excellent smoothing and softening properties. The fabrics have excellent smoothing and coolness, softening, having elastic tactility after using the agent. Can improving the value of the fabrics. Especially suitable for cotton yarn, T/C yarn, polyester, cotton and their blends.

Properties                              

•    Excellent smoothing handle, give prominence of smoothing and coolness tactility.

•    Enhancing softening and having elastic tactility,

•    Good heat resistance, little influence on the shade;

•    Improving crease recovery, wash fastness and scwability;

Application

Can used alone, and also can used with other softening agent. The optimum application amount decided by the handle needed.

The general suggested application amount for dipping process is 2-6%(o.w.t) of HS-90, with bath ratio 1:10, at 3C'C-40°C for 15-20min. Then drying at 160"C-180'C for 2min. The general suggested application amount of dip-pidding process is 25-60g/L of HS-90 with 65-80% wet pickup, drying at 160 °C 180°C for 2 min.
